Here's a real update for you.

Really pleased with the response on the first Dev Diary, I checked out some of the footage for the 2nd instalment today, looking good! 22 minutes ago from web

In the slowed down version of the video these are very apparent and I'll point out the most worrisome examples from the video.

Here's the video (hope you like Jamiroquai)...

1:26- #97 is covering a WR running over the middle, but stops all momentum and jumps straight up without any sort of drift. Might have just been the way they edited the video, but definitely looks off.
.
Note at 1:26 the ball isn't spinning either...hehe...everyone threw a fit about that in NCAA football....also, if we're gonna get nit picky, @ 2:25 the center snaps an invisible ball to the QB.

The videos I've seen have me excited yet reserved because of these same nagging little bugs have haunted video game football for years...I see those videos and I wonder, "Where's the defense"...yeah the tackling looks primo but I want to see some D...show me a pick, let me know there's hope (Unlike in the current version of Madden/NCAA) that I can conrtol my guy on defense and make a play on the ball and actually have user controled impact on the game...from the looks of the video, all the passes look the same and it looks like very questionable defense against the pass.

This game has great ball physics, but yeah the ball does look like it is not spinning much. I can deal with that just as long as the gameplay is good.

Thanks for the effort, but I can't see any new footage.
