QB throwing off the back foot

I just got word that the QB back foot drop back will be tuned. The accuracy needs to be downgraded when moving/jumping/under pressure. This will receive immediate attention.

Awesome. This kind of stuff should be a priority for them everywhere in my opinion. Maybe it's a blessing that got caught on video.

I always try to keep in mind the players who try to play the "wrong" way and if I end up having to play them. That's why I really become a stickler for things like this. My ideal game forces players to play sim football because the gameplay is solid.

Great news and glad to see it will be turned. I have seen it in a couple videos and assumed they are aware of it. Seems like these cats at BB are working their butt of to deliver a quality product. I did have a little bit of fear we would see the ole Madden twenty yard drop backs with the pass off the back foot to boot.

Where did you see that? I'd be curious to take a look.

When I saw the IGN video where the QB backpedals and throws a bullet into triple coverage for a TD, I decided at that very moment I was never going to buy this game. But if it's addressed I'll change my mind.

It was not discussed. I got that bit of info from one of the Devs that pm'ed me about this yesterday.

Good for them that they're fixing it, but it throws up a huge red flag when something as elementary as this shows up in promotional material released mere months before the game is on store shelves. A true sim experience would have caught and flagged this years ago, the fact that it wasn't really lowers my expectations. Sure, once they see the outcry they should get around to fixing it, but if they can't fix the giant flashing problems, how can I have any confidence that they got the rest of the game correct, almost of all of which requires more subtlety to spot than a quarterback throwing a bullet pass of his back foot into triple coverage?
