The menus look pretty slick, hopefully navigating them is as well.

There is a problem though with these screens. The templates are all the same for the jerseys. It looks as if you can't change them at all except for the color (i.e. everybody will have the Tennessee Titans yolk). I hope that's just part of the jersey selection, because otherwise this could turn out to be worse than APF on the jersey editing.

You're right all the uniforms are the same template. But you can have the shoulders the same color as the main section and it will be a solid color. You should be able to make most NFL and College teams, but some will be tough, mostly the ones with strange uniforms.

NFL2K5 - hours spent making classic teams and rosters > 1000. Hours spent actually playing the game = < 100.

If you wanted to half way do it, you could make the body black, the pads orange and the stripes black. It won't look exact, but it would most likely be the best.

The customization looks great. Hopefully there is some sort of share file in the game so each person does not have to customize everything by themselves.
