How To Truck Effectively: Plus Highlights

Trucking: As most of you know, trucking may be 1 of the hardest things to do while running, and it is. In order to truck effectively, you first have to read how the deffender is persuing you. Prefferabley at an angle, you'd have to time to truck right after the deffender jumps at you to attempt a tackle. After he jumps, you have to use BOTH the sticks to lean into the deffender, so all your weight and momentum is chaneled towards him.

Now this only works if both you and the deffender are situated. If the deffender chose not to jump, then your basicaly screwed.

that's what I was wondering lol. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a highlight, if it doesn't involve what is being described.
