If you will be able to upload your own logos? Almost like NCAA's Team Builder? Any info will be greatly appreciated...

No. It works like Forza's decal creating system. You can draw with various shapes and tools. With enough patience and skill, you can create pretty much anything... but it's a lot harder than just uploading a picture.
