Probably only if you know of small places. I tried 2 that I know of and they didn't have it yet.

They aren't. Dev already confirmed. He said the reasoning the playbooks are small was that they did extensive testing on every play vs every other play. And hinted that there may be plays added in a patch or at the very least in BB2.

Yeah I tried a few small places and they said they didn't have them and didn't even have any pre-orders for BB.
