what do you think of online so far?

I have played 4 games and am LOVING IT!! Every single game has been a battle and the INT's have began to drop as we all get more practice with the game. My first online game we each threw 7 INT's..my last game there was only a TOTAL of 3 INT's all game.

Havent seen any lag at all either

Way too many sacks. Besides that had a couple good games. i got thrashed by New England. I really need to practice leading the receiver

Great two player game. Way better than Madden or NCAA.

Great so far, except for everybody quitting. 4 out of 5 have quit on me.

Is it true that people can quit without getting a loss or a penalty, please tell me this isn't true...

Also is there ranking, or online stat tracking... what is going to keep everyone playing online for months and not weeks?

I just got screwed out of my first online game. In the 2nd Quarter, I threw a touchdown pass from five yards out and the opponent got a penalty. But either declining it or accepting it made me start at the one yard line instead of getting the score.

Then at the end of the game, I was leading 22-19. The opponent threw a desperation pass that hit the ground and the receiver picked it up and ran it in for a touchdown!! I was so ****ed off.

I'm not sure if they get the loss, but I think they do. All I know is that I get the win if they quit, which is really all that matters to me. There seems to be pretty solid stat tracking on the leaderboard, stuff like running and passing yards per game and td's per game.

My first game online was amazing. Silky smooth and plays a excellent game of X and O's

Online is silky smooth if the bandwidth is there. I've playd 3 games, 2 were played just like they were local, the third everything was delayed and it REALLY hurt the game.<div_prefs id="div_prefs"></div_prefs>

How about fun, competition, love of the game. Some people put far to much importance on rankings, records and such. Play the game have some fun, if someone quits on you move on to the next game.

Only played one game online so far and it was a much better experience than offline. On-line seems to be the way to go until they patch the offline AIs issues

This is the only sports game I've ever played on-line so I can't really say how it stacks up in terms of lag and what not,but the game I did play was smooth. I won 19-13
