Online Impressions

Could someone tell me the avg amount of people online? I'd hate to buy the game and find hardly anyone online. I'm only an online gamer. Thanks.

What system do you have? I'm not having too much trouble finding matches on XBOX and the game isn't even supposed to be out yet.

Well, I've only had the game a few hours and I've played one online game and have only seen two "game lobbies" set up...I'm on the PS3....it's not looking good right now...I'll give it a couple of weeks or so before I make an official judgment.

It's a shame if more people don't get online because it's more fun to play a person than the cpu...

I believe most PS3 gamers are on the fence since they haven't played the demo.

No way to choose a play by formation online ("by type" only - giving you only 12 total random plays total to choose from)????????

I saw there are indeed all the formations we're used to (4-3, 3-4 etc. on defense, and I-Pro, Shotgun etc. on offense) in the "Road to Backbreaker" mode - so we really don't have access to all the plays online? This is my biggest disappointment so far, I hope I'm making a mistake or something.

I also noticed no play challenges online.

Make sure you playing on Pro and not arcade when you are going online. Playing on arcade gives you that limited playbook.
