If that makes you feel better that's cool, but Coke doesn't make cars, and we aren't putting the intelectual property of the National Football League on planes or vehicles or something else in Backbreaker... we're using them to brand our own football teams.

But if you can equate that to putting a Coke logo on a car, then that's great.

NM has already acknowledged the right of the NFLPA and NFL by limiting the usage of some player and team names, it'll be up to those intellectual property owners as to if that's enough to try and not hold 505 and NM accountable for any infringement.

Personally I don't think BB will sell enough to make it worth anyone's time to get all litigious over this, there's no denying that recreating a team and replacing a 's' with a 'z' or abbreviating isn't infringement though.
