The book says something , but Im still a little unsure on exactly what it does.

Basically it decides how well your team is going to play, its supposed to simulate the "any given sunday" factor where one week a guy can play top notch and then the next he can be terrible.

As far as I know, form only affects the User team...correct me if i'm wrong.
