Just a reiteration

No NFL or NCAA teams. We are going to do this for this tournament so no two teams face against each other. Seeing the Bears vs Bears would suck. So all teams must be of user design.

Don't be discouraged if you wanted to use a NFL or NCAA team. I am looking into doing a NFL or NCAA style league also. So keep a eye out for that. More details will come out on it later.
