Good to see another Marlins franchise... I used Opening Day rosters in mine though, so my lineup is pretty different (have Maybin, Anibal, etc). Anyway, good luck with this - I will definitely be following.

Florida Marlins News

Cody Ross could be sent down to AAA

Cody Ross has started out very bad this season and manager Freddi Gonalez has said he might send down Ross

Miami, FL - Cody Ross, from rumors, might be sent down to the minors after the New York Mets series.

"Cody has started out very slow this season but we expect him to turn it around though." manager Freddi Gonzalez commented after Saturday night's win. "But I think a couple minor league starts might clear his head a little bit."

If the Marlins would send down Ross, Cameron Maybin has been the top favorite to be called up and start right away. Maybin has been a fan favorite for the Marlins last season.

"It's been very frustrating this season so far." Cody ross said. "I mean sometimes I wouldn't talk to people after my at-bats because I was just so mad."

We will clear up the situation after the New York Mets series.
