The Yankees finally put it all together last year and won their 27th World Championship. After 9 long years of coming up short, the Bombers won one for the boss. In '08 the Yankees were hit hard by injuries, and plagued by aging veterans, but in '09 the Yankees were able to pick up some big pieces that fit perfectly with the club.

In 2010 the Yankees look to do it all over again by adding some new clubhouse guys. Adding CF Curtis Granderson in a trade, former Yankee Javier Vazquez in a trade, and former Yankee Nick Johnson from free agency.

The Yankees are always known for making big trades and signings, so we'll see what the future holds for the Bronx Bombers.

Spring Training over; time to face the Sox

CC Sabathia looks to have a repeat performance of his dominant Yankee debut last year

Tampa, FL- With spring training coming to an end, the Yankees look ahead to the real games. The Yankees start off the year with a 3-game set at Boston. The Bombs will trot staff ace CC Sabathia to the mound, and the Red Sox will counter with Josh Beckett.

The Yankees are looking forward to a big year after capturing their 27th World Championship, but have many questions to answer. How will Cano handle the 5th spot in the lineup? Will Phil Hughes have success back in the rotation? Will Joba return to 2007 form? How will Javy Vazquez do in his return to the Bronx? All these questions and more will be answered in another year of Yankees baseball.
