San Antonio - The San Antonio Missions, the double A farm team of the San Diego Padres, has named Nolan Ryan as the staff's ace starting pitcher and will be the opening day starter on the 9th.

Goals
1.) Increase fielding ability
2.) Increase bunting ability
3.) Increase arm strength
4.) Have a fielding PCT of .990 or better
