Thomas sat on his bed and sighed. He was really nervous on who would draft him. He went downstairs and made himself a sandwich. He turned on the draft.
Thomas heard the announcer say: "The 7th overall pick by the Oakland Athletics: Thomas Jones." Jones dropped his sandwich and screamed. "I HAVE BEEN DRAFTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!."

Suddenly the phone rang.
"Hello this is Keith Lieppman director of player development for the Oakland Athletics. i want to inform you we have drafted you 7th Overall."
"Thank you sir."
"Please report to our draft camp within 1 week."
"Thank you."
