Re: And The Home Of The Nats: A Washington Nationals Dynasty

Bo Vandy knows he might be getting into a situation that would be charitable to say its difficult. Formerly the Montreal Expos, the Washington Nationals have been in perpetual rebuilding mode for decades.

Vandy steps into a situation where he needs to trim the fat off a roster that he inherited all while trying to win now and build the foundation for the future.

Certainly there is some talent on the roster but Vandy also knows there is plenty of overpaid talent that isn't going to pull its weight this season or beyond. Already, Livan Hernandez has been shopped, and he's making a mere $1,000,000, what will Jason Werth who is making $17,000,000 do should he struggle.

Stay tuned......
