Facing Roy Halladay, the Rangers really didn't have much of a chance. He struggled early on, but then reverted back to his old self. Texas did manage to score 2 runs early, coming on RBIs by Beltre & Wilson respectively. The big blow came in the bottom of the 6th when Ben Francisco came to pinch hit for Roy Halladay. C.J. didn't throw a bad pitch, it was actually up and inside off the plate. However, Francisco adjusted and drove the ball over the left field wall. That put them up 7-2 at the time. Texas would try to come back, but it just wasn't enough.

Lee Dominates Rangers

It was a tough series for the Rangers, and facing former Ranger Cliff Lee didn't make it any easier. Lee was dominate and allowed just 2 runs (1 earned). That came via the home run ball from Mitch Moreland. Although Brandon Webb gave up 2 homers to Ryan Howard & Dominic Brown. That would be all the scoring Lee needed. Phillies hold on 3-2 to sweep the Rangers.
