Well after a fun run with my Cards I decided it was time for a change of pace and I'm going to go with the White Sox because well that is my wife's favorite team. So here we go once again.

Chicago, IL -- One of the aging veterans of the game landed a new home today as the Chicago White Sox signed veteran right fielder Vladimir Guerrero to a 2 year $5M contract as reported by ESPN.

The 37 year old has collected 449 home runs over a 15 year career so far and will get a chance to increase that total now with a new team.

Guerrero will be a versatile player for the White Sox as he can still play in the outfield and still possesses a strong arm. Also his hitting still is useful enough to be slotted for DH when necessary.

Guerrero replaces Kosuke Fukudome as he was placed on the waiver wire to make room for the signing.

White Sox take advantage of Cubs' shaky bullpen, pick up win

Glendale, AZ -- Alexei Ramirez went 2-for-4 and drove in 2 runs to spark the offense. Zach Steart needed only 1 inning of work to get the win, his 1st of the spring, in relief of start Philip Humber. When asked about his team's performance, skipper Robert Goleta said, "It's hard to be on the winning end of a game like this sometimes, but not as hard as it is to be on the losing end."
