It may take me a game or two with Arrieta to get a hold of his rhythm and flow with the meter. I don't know what happened but I went from being a fairly decent, patient hitter to back to my old see ball hit ball ways.

If I dont get back to my way of taking pitches and getting walks again... this and the other franchise I am running are in deep you know what.

Thank god I have a day off after my next game. Because my bullpen is in serious trouble... not by injuries, but freaking overuse already this early on. My starting staff can't seem to want to give me enough to give my bullpen any time off.

I get the feeling that the fourth inning this year seems to be to me at least the make or break inning. if you can hold the CPU down in the inning you might stand a chance at winning... MAYBE... lol..

not starring the old stuff up or anything but seems in all my games that is the case... oh well what can you do...

Maybe a brief six-game two-city road trip will help this team get their bearings. Maybe if I would have greater discipline with either three balls or two strikes I could get more base runners and score more runs.

Which I would think would lead to me hopefully scoring more runs. Late in this game, I counted no less than five at-bats that should have EASILY been walked for a much better player than myself.

this game does give you chances to score. it does, however, if you can't or aren't able to take full-on advantage of those opportunities the game gives you your done for.

In more positive news I was able to hold the Mets hitless for over half the game. At least I know I can pitch with Lester pretty well.
