As someone who also does the series-by-series write-ups...it's just much cleaner and keeps the thread from getting too cluttered.

I agree. I have been trying to think of a format to do a series summary instead of game by game. It makes it easier to follow and cleaner look.

I will say, the series summary format is much quicker to put together than the individual game reports - helps keep things moving along more. I also want to try and highlight rival games/series - or if there's just an absolutely spectacular game to talk about. A lot of division opponents in the first month makes it harder to move through those faster..
