I'm pretty sure I started with using ATD or schnadt1's (sp?) sliders, but I've made a lot of tweaks over the course of this - changing player tendencies on dribble moves and shot locations, sim settings for shots taken, things like that. And when I go into a game to play it, I change both teams playbook usage from Static to Dynamic/Do Not Repeat.
