10 Years Back: Reimagined in NBA 2K14

Hi OS! I would like to conduct a 30-team NBA simulation, starting at the beginning of 2013-14 season. I am a sucker for realism, so all trades, signings and team strategies will be done sensibly, rotations will be set manually for every game and none of the teams will be favored in any way. Injuries and draft pick ownership & protections were thoroughly researched and applied as of Oct 29, 2013. A golden rule of 9 players in a rotation will be applied in the simulated games.

Whenever I'm stuck in my pseudo-commissioner role, I will apply a self-created 'rule of 3'. For instance, each regular season will be split into 3 parts: until calendar year, then until trade deadline and then until the playoffs. During these breaks, I will post summaries in this thread, including standings, transactions and all other breaking news. This will also be a time for adjusting team strategies, trades and signings.
