Wall Goes Hollywood!
July 22nd, 2017

The Clippers trade John Wall(89, point guard) to the Lakers for former Clipper, Keon Bradley(90, shooting guard)

"It is so great to be back to where i belong. I understand my role as a pass-first player and a defensive player. I understand that this town is run by LeBron and Jamaal, I'm just trying to fit in. I went to the Lakers, trying to be a star. I realize that I am a better role player, than a star player" said Keon Bradley at his press conference. On the other hand, Wall had some harsher words.

"This trade was inevitable. It had to happen, sooner or later. My performance has decline. I can't run LeBron's offense. This is my offense and I am happy to be in control." said Wall.

Prime Time in LA!

The Clippers are currently 36-17 and on top of everyone. Their 18-7 record at home is the best in the league. The team that has surprise everyone are the Trailblazers. After drafting Dwight Stewart, it seemed that their path to victory was clear, but it wasn't. With a 17-36 record, expect the Blazers to be a lottery team, once again. Two players from the Clippers team made it to the All-Star. LeBron and Jamaal played the All-Star game in their own back yard, in Staples Center. The two are also the leading candidates for MVP. Notable transactions are the Suns trading Rex Brady to the kings for Ulf Fredriksson and a 1st round pick. The biggest transaction was the Bulls trading Evan Turner to the Raptors for Jrue Holliday. With Rose declaring Free Agency next summer, this was a smart move by the Bulls.

Re: The New Boys in LA: LA Clippers Association

Awards-

MVP-L. James,LAC: This should not surprise anyone. His numbers weren't impressive but there is no denying who is the King of the NBA

Rookie of the Year-Andrew Wood,HOU: Woods 12 points per game and 3 rebounds and 3 assist a game prove that this is a very versatile player.
Sixth Man of the Year-Jianlijan Yi,PHX: Winning the award for the second straight year proves that
being a top 10 pick doesn't mean you have to start to find success.

Defensive Player of the Year-Solomon Alabi,NO- His 14 rebounds simply close the deal but the fact that he average over 3 blocks, i have nothing else to say.

Most Improved Player of the Year-Rodney Snow,CLE: Ever since LBJ's departure, the Cavs have been looking for a franchise player. Snow's 11 points and 8 rebounds a game, might have just rebounded the Cavs.

Coach of the Year-Quinn Given:LAC: If you didn't guess this one, than you have no business reading this article or any sport article. With a 59-24 record, staying on top of the Power Ranking for more than half the season and losing only 9 times at home, Mr. Givens is maybe one championship away from putting himself in the list of Greatest Coaches of All Time.
