Nice year for the bobcats looks like the playoffs will be interesting, hope you can manage a second or third round birth, good luck.

Thanks, I don't really know how we did it, I played a couple games here and there but we just kept winning despite a pretty poor overall rating (I think around 70, but that's also due to low chemistry). Hopefully we'll go far in the playoffs!

Thanks for reading.

Re: Milkman41's Charlotte Bobcats Dynasty (2k10)

Bobcats eliminated in five games
The Bobcats, who finished as the #2 seed in the East with a 50 - 30 regular season record (tied for 1st in the league), lost in the opening round of the playoffs to the Toronto Raptors, the #7 seed. The Raptors' offense and rebounding, both led by PF Chris Bosh, who had an amazing series, were too much for the Bobcats to handle. The Bobcats now face a long offseason in which they will attempt to shore up weaknesses and become a dominant force for years to come.

Bobcats Announce Extension
The Charlotte Bobcats have announced that SG Thabo Sefolosha, acquired in a mid-season trade from the Oklahoma Thunder, has agreed to a 2-year extension worth $3.05M. Sefolosha will most likely back up SG George Henderson again, and provides stellar defense along with an improving offensive game.

C Brendan Haywood, SF Ersan Ilyasova, and PG Raymond Felton have all decided to test the free agent market. Of these three, the Bobcats have most interest in Ilyasova.

Re: Milkman41's Charlotte Bobcats Dynasty (2k10)

NBA Offseason: Draft Lottery
Tonight is the night of the lottery, when a ping pong ball here and there can change the future of a franchise. Here are the odds of getting the 1st overall pick for each team:

1 MIN: 25%
2 SAC: 19.9%
3 LAC: 15.6%
4 MIL: 11.9%
5 OKC: 8.8%
6 GS: 6.3%
7 PHI: 4.3%
8 MIA: 2.8%
9 MEM: 1.7%
10 DET: 1.1%
11 CHI: 0.8%
12 ORL: 0.7%
13 PHX: 0.6%
14 NY: 0.5%

And here are the results of the lottery:
14: NY
13: PHX
12: ORL
11: CHI
10: DET
9: MIA
8: PHI
7: GS
6: OKC
5: SAC
4: MIN
3: MIL
2: LAC
1: MEM

Wow, what a shocker; the Grizzlies, with a 1.7% chance of getting the 1st overall pick, did just that, sending Memphis into a state of frenzy. Meanwhile, Minnesota, the team with the highest chance of the #1 overall, finished with the 4th overall, a disappointment to be sure (though there are still stellar prospects available with that pick).

The Bobcats will have the 28th overall pick.
