BSU roster starts out as a 72 Overall but when you look at the actual players they are not actually any better then starting out with a school like UC Davis. My plan is to build them into a powerhouse then move on to a team in the Pac-10, ACC or Big East. Then toward the end of my career if I feel like taking a step back and coaching a small school again I will, or just stay with the powerhouse program or go back to BSU when they start sucking again.

Again good luck looking forward to seeing you start up.. Good luck with Midterms and what not.
What makes teams not recruit so stupidly? Recruiting priorities I guess? I definitely wanna have the option of changing that if it's gonna make my dynasty more realistic.

Thanks Ill be needing it. You guys will see this dynasty lift off the ground here in a week or so. Cant wait to get this started.

Alrighty after looking through some of the candidates today I think I'm gonna roll with Columbia. They have powder blue in their color scheme and it looks really nice! Got a couple of decent shooters on their team too. Ivy League!

I'm guessing you are playing College Hoops 2k7? I just recently started a dynasty with Dartmouth, good luck in the Ivy League!

I have messed around with Columbia before and yes you are correct they go some decent 3pt shooters. Will be interesting to see how you all do. Super James started with Princeton, Hockey is rolling with Dartmouth, so it will be good to see what you can do.

Re: Career Coaching Legacy of Logan Martinez

New York, New York - The Columbia Lions have proudly announced today that they will be hiring rookie head coach Logan Martinez to lead thier team for the future. "I am very grateful to this prestigious university for offering me the position of head coach. I never would have though a team would take a chance on me but I am certainly glad Columbia has. I will not let this University or its fan base down. Go Lions!"

Taking a chance is right. The Lions may not have the most recognized basketball program around, but even hiring a 25 year old head coach whom has never coached on the collegiate level at any position seems quiet risky. Columbia alumni and its fans will keep a keen eye on how Coach Martinez handles the pressure of coaching in college.

Coach Logan Martinez's ratings:

Offense: C
Defense: C-
Teaching: C+
Scouting: C
Charisma: C
Discipline: C-
