Heat take another win over struggling 76ers.

Miami, FL-- The American Airlines Arena was on fire this evening as the Heat blew out the underachieving 76ers. The 76ers, despite making a surprising 7th seed last season, have stumbled out of the gate going 3-6 into last nights game in Miami. The Heat had their usual 1st quarter performance, and followed it up through the whole game. Chris Bosh led the Heat with 33 points and 9 rebounds. "Bosh just took off, leading us and we followed suit." Said Heat bench PF Joel Anthony. The only bad news was that 6th man Shaquille O'Neal was injured in the 3rd quarter with a sprained wrist, and is expected to be hurt for 1-2 weeks. "There is no way to replace his production, but we are going to lower his minutes and let him rest, and let Tyler *Honeycutt* and Haslem take a bigger role." Said head coach Byron Scott.

Heat scores
Chris Bosh 33 Points, 9 Rebounds
Dwayne Wade 23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists
Mario Chalmers 19 points, 5 assists
Amare Stoudimire 14 points, 9 rebounds

Marresse Speights led the 76ers with 30 points and 6 rebounds, while Monta Ellis had 20 points and 7 assists

The next game the Heat face is a huge challenge as the Heat take on the LA Lakers and their newly acquired PG Chris Paul in Miami in a long awaited matchup.

*POLL* Who do you think is going to win, be honest!

*Shaquille O'Neal put up 5 points and 4 rebounds before leaving the game*

Miami beats Lakers in thriller.

Looking at the score of this game couldn't tell how really close this game was. The Heat took an early game run, with Dwayne Wade having yet another Jordan-esque game. But the Lakers wouldn't go down without a fight. Andrew Bynum and Kobe led the charge as the Lakers had a 20-7 run taking a four point lead. The Heat answered back though in the fourth with Wade hitting 3 three's in the second half. The final buzzer sounded with the Heat taking it by 9 points.

Wade led the Heat with 32 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.
Amare Stoudimire had 18 points.
Chris Bosh had 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Kemba Walker added 11 points.
Grant Hill had 10 points and 4 rebounds.

Andrew Bynum led the Lakers with 24 points and 10 rebounds.
Kobe Bryant scored 21 points.
Chris Paul notched 15 points.
Pau Gasol had 14 points.

The Heat's next game is the final game of their home stand, and they will face the team with the worst record in the league (0-11), the Charlotte Bobcats.

In other news, Enes Canter of the Utah Jazz will be out for 6-8 weeks after suffering a Broken Foot.

Rudy Gay scored a career high 44 points in a win over the Dallas Mavericks.

Heat embarrass Bobcats, take 11th win.

Miami, FL-- The Bobcats have had a horrendous season so far, coming into Miami 0-11. Everyone knew it was going to get worse as the came to face the league best 10-1 Heat. The Heat just looked like they were sleepwalking, with Wade running circles around Gerald Henderson and Amare Stoudimire bulldozing Bismack Biyombo in the post. The Heat were over 50% from three, with Wade hitting 4 and Kemba Walker and Grant Hill hitting 5 combined. Dwayne Wade, as per usual, led the Heat with 29 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Amare Stoudimire scored 25 and ripped down 6 boards. Chris Bosh had a low scoring night with 10, but grabed 13 rebounds. Grant Hill pitched in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Kemba Walker scored 11, and Mario Chalmers had 9. Shaq scored 4 points, grabed 4 rebounds and dealt a surprising 5 assists.

Corey Magette was the only Bobcat to put up a fight with 23 points and 5 rebounds.

The Heat take on the Houston Rockets in Texas next.

Standing coming soon.

*Who do you think is playing the best so far, for their role?*

*Dwayne Wade having fun with the Bobcats*

Re: The Heat Is On (Updated from "My Heat Championship Run")

BIG PROBLEM FOLKS

I am an IDIOT!

When i was playing one of my associations, i went to go and save it. But i accidentally save it over the Heat one! Now i got to start all over!!!!

I'll post it in another forum, and I'll recreate the team without trading so much. So were only missing 12 games. The big trades like the CP3 to LAL will also happen, so dont worry.

I'll Start again from opening day, but the schedule is bound to differ.

Sorry guys!
