Untapped Potential - A Minnesota Timberwolves Dynasty

Untapping the Potential

Minnesota Timberwolves Dynasty
The Timberwolves have struggled in recent years, going 17-65 last season finished with the firing of their head coach Kurt Rambis. However they have quietly been ammassing a hoard of talent in Minnesota. Led their forwards Kevin Love & Michael Beasley and the young recently aquired talent in Ricky Rubio, Wesley Johnson, and Arizona's Derrick Williams, the Timberwolves look to be one the most exciting teams to watch for the 2010-2011 Season.
**I am playing out the 2010-11 season with the updated rosters, including 2011 draft picks.

Kevin Love and Michael Beasley are the heart of the T-Wolves core for this upcoming season.
2010-2011 Timberwolves:

--Following the win over the Grizzlies the Timberwolves proceeded to go 5-9 through November placing them at 6-11 heading into December and 13th in the Western Conference.>>

The fans were tired of waiting and so was David Kahn, a move needed to be made and on December 7th 2010 that move was finally made.>>

The Timberwolves Trade: Anthony Randolph & Darko Milicic>>
The Bucks Trade: Stephen Jackson, Jon Brockman, 2011 2nd Round Pick
-The Timberwolves are able to get a veteran scorer to help out the youth and give Ricky Rubio another option and are able to get a 2nd Round Pick in the current draft which could help add depth or move up in the draft.>>
-The Bucks were most likely going to lose Jackson to FA anyway and picked up a strong prospect in Randolph who will likely be the long term solution to their PF problem and are able to get a decent backup center in Milicic for Bogut.
