During the regular season when we faced the Magic, my Knicks got crushed. I felt like I as a Coach was the one to blame since I had my team utilize a Gameday Strategies different from my usual Leak Out/Focus On Stars strategems.

Concerned about Dwight Howard I had my team Lock Down the Paint which enabled the Magic shooters to destroy my Knicks.

Entering the game I conceded that I may not have the muscle inside to stop Dwight Howard, but my team is by far more athletic so I wanted them to run and run they did outscoring the Magic in fastbreak points to the tune 30-6. It resulted in a Game 1 90-85 victory

This was more like it! My Knicks meant business and goes up 2-0 in the 2nd round of these playoffs against the Magic.

As usual, my gameday strategy was simple.. Offensively I wanted my guys to take off and Leak Out hoping to catch the Magic offguard and get easy transitional points and Defensively I wanted them to focus on the stars and close down on the shooters.

It worked to perfection as the Knicks win easily as the Magic struggled and shot a measly 39% from the field.

Up 2-0, this was clearly a must-win game and the Magic fought for their lives out there. It was an amazing game even though we lost by only 1 point.. it was contested throughout with 13 lead changes not to mention 8 ties during the game.

Dwight "Superman" Howard showed how one can dominate a game without having to score 30+ points. He only scored 8 total points but earned Player of the Game honors by grabbing 17 rebounds, stealing the ball 3 times and blocking 5 shots effectively taking 10 points off the board.

Would've been nice to go up 3-0 but I always appreciate a great game

The New York Knicks puts together another complete game and wins game 4 handily against the Orlando Magic!

No one really stood out and had a monster game for the Knicks but everyone played a good game to finish the game strong.

I think it's a sign of maturity (lack thereof) that my team struggles to close out a series they lead convincingly 3-1.. I was hoping we'd close the book on the dangerous Magic but it seems we're not yet mature enough to finish teams off.

This was devastating.. not because we let another 3-1 series lead vanish and now face another winner-take-it-all Game 7. Rather, it was devastating because we lost one of our stars Amare Stoudamire with a broken wrist.

I am a realist.. and realistically speaking.. I am more than worried at the prospect of a Game 7 against this Magic team without one of the Knicks' star players on the floor.

this hurt an awful lot

what hruts the most is not the final score, nor my Knicks having their season resoundingly ended.. but rather, the realization that if only we could've finished the Magic off when we had them down 3-1 instead we lost Amare and even though Carmelo tried valiantly.. 1 man cannot do it alone

Season ends on the Knicks' home floor.. as the Magic decisively eliminates us from the Playoffs
