Raptors let one Slip Away




In Jeremy Lin's first game as a Toronto Raptor, the team could unfortunately not pull out the W. After battling back in the 4th Quarter, Lin was unable to convert on a 3pt attempt that would have put the Raptors up 1 with ten seconds remaining.

The Raptors had absolutely no answer for Rudy Gay defensively, as he put on an absolutely dominating performance scoring 42 points and knocking down 6 three-pointers.

The Raptors look to regroup on Sunday as they take on the Atlanta Hawks

Raptors Dominate the Hawks

In the best game of the season for the Raptors, Toronto defeated the Hawks in Atlanta 121-111.

Andrea Bargnani exploded for 42 pts, and Jeremy Lin had a 25pt & 20ast game in which he set the team record for most assists in a game.

The Raptors never trailed in this game which is shocking given Atlanta's success in the previous season. Pics and videos to follow.

The Raptors will face a true test in the defending Western Conference Champion Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.

Raptors vs Thunder has a Classic Finish



In a game that came down to the last possession, Jeremy Lin was able to come through and hit the game winner for the Raptors. Down two with six seconds remaining in the game, Russell Westbrook was fouled by Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Westbrook converted on both of his attempts to tie the game at 117. The Raptors inbounded the ball to Lin and he took over from there. Drove right on Westbrook and got the shot to go despite the contact. Westbrook's last second heave came ever so close to giving the Thunder the win, but it clanked off the rim.

Bargnani led the way for the Raptors with 33, but the story of the night was Kevin Durant for the OKC Thunder. Durant connected on 7 3pters and dropped 52 on the poor defensive effort by Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and the Raptors. Welcome to the league MKG.
