Holy crap! I'm starting!

Also, Great trade, for the Bulls. Really happy we could pick up Dwight, and Hedo isn't too bad, either. Losing Mirotic and the 1st rounder hurts, though.

When I sent you the idea, I meant the rights to Charlottes protected pick, not this years. It's 'aight, though. No shooting guard this draft, I guess.

I'm still working out the kinks in terms of dealing with picks, protected picks and unprotected picks. I've got an Association Guide I'll have to reread in hopes of figuring it out better but I'll do my best to accommodate to working out the 'Charlotte protected pick'

The pick is top 14 protected in 2012, top 8 in 2013, top 6 in 2014, top 2 in 2015, and unprotected in 2016.

So question... How do I get the game pictures I take from the media, uploaded, then posted here? New to the 'media zone' set-up.

PICTURE

Philly Too Much for New York to Handle in Game One of their Series.

New York, NY – Separated by three games in the win column and only 96 miles up Interstate 95 the Philadelphia 76ers arrived in New York City with a singular goal on their mind. To open the 2012 playoffs with a victory over their divisional foe in the New York Knickerbockers. When the final buzzer sounded, the 76ers were able to do just that and secure the victory, 123-105.

“It was fantastic to come into MSG, play out butts off and steal game one from the home team,” Andre Iguodala, who scored a team high 27 points, said after the game. “This is a hostile environment but we proved tonight we could hang.

The first two quarters were tightly contested. The Knicks leading 28 to 27 after the first and Philly on top going into the half up five to the tone of 58 to 53. During the first half, the home team was able to run out to an eleven point lead which they squandered. Rendering Jrue Holiday useless seemed to work well for them until Louis Williams decided to slap the boys around the yard. Sweet Lou as he’s affectionately know around Philadelphia put up excellent numbers, just shy of a triple double by scoring nine points, dishing out fourteen assists and taking away eight steals.

Before heading to the lockerroom post-defeat, we caught up with Mike D’Antoni who was glad to comment. “Louis made our guards look silly while [Andre] Iguodala and that rookie Kolumbar or something really dropped in some buckets. It was tough to see the team lose our composure and they’ll need to focus more in game two unless they want to head into the raucous Philadelphia crowd down two games to none.”

Andre Iguodala and rookie shooting guard Blake Kolumber both came to play tonight and at times it seemed like the teammates were trying to one up each other. In the end, it was the veteran small forward who had the last chuckle over his teammate by tallying 27 points to Kolumber’s 26 points.

It sure was heck of a day for the kid who spent his last five years playing overseas in Italy. Born and raised outside of Philadelphia in nearby King of Prussia, he had aspirations of attending Villanova University but chose against it when he realized he could play pro ball overseas against much tougher competition. That decision seemingly helped him perform under pressure tonight.

Game two will be Sunday, the 22nd of April and will tip-off at 8pm eastern, 7pm central.
