11/11/2012 - Portland at Miami

SOUTH BEACH BLOWOUT
LEBRON AND WADE COMBINE FOR 61 IN WIN

LeBron went off today, scoring 37 of his teams 113 points. Both of which are season highs.

Miami, FL -- Coming off four straight wins, the Miami Heat are white hot to start the season as they win their 5th straight game. The Heat came out strong out of the gates, out scoring the Trail Blazers by 14. The second quarter was much more competitive as Portland started to get their shots to fall, but were still out scored 26-28. LeBron and the Heat came out of halftime with the same determination, dropping a game high 34 points in the 3rd, their largest scoring quarter of the season. By the time it hit the 4th, this game was very uninteresting as the Heat had a large lead so the backups came in for both teams.

LeBron James finished the game with a season best 37 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, and scored his 20,000th point in the second quarter. Dwyane Wade added 24 points, 6 rebounds, ad 4 assists. The next highest scorer was Mike Miller off the bench, scoring 9 points, and hitting two 3-pointers. Rookie Cody Zeller scored a career high 8 points, and grabbed two boards. For Portland, only seven different players scored. Jamal Crawford led the way with 22.

Game Notes
Both teams are coming into this matchup red hot, and undefeated. Miami has a small lineup which Orlando can abuse with their size and last year's defensive player of the year Dwight Howard.

11/13/2012 - Miami at Orlando

WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT CLOSING?
WADE MAKES GAME WINNING SHOT WITH 2.3 SEC LEFT, HEAT WIN 93-92

Wade makes Turkoglu bite on his pump fake, and gets an open lane to dunk the game winning score with 2.3 seconds remaining.

Orlando, FL -- Whenever two undefeated teams meet it is bound to be a good one, and this was no exception. For the first time this season, the game was competitive for all four quarters. The Orlando Magic were undefeated for a reason, as they are a strong talented group with a bunch of scorers. They gave the Heat the toughest game of the season thus far.

Going into halftime the Magic held a 5 point lead, 50-45. Miami came out of halftime swinging, going on a 14-2 run to take their first lead of the game. Miami's defense was superb in the 3rd quarter forcing 9 turnovers, and holding the #3 scoring offense in the NBA to 17 points, the only quarter under 20 points in the game. The lead would go back and forth for the remainder of the game until there was 2 minutes left in the 4th. Orlando held a 7 point lead and Miami had jus called a timeout to gather themselves. It would work, as the Heat would trim their lead down to 1 point thanks to some great defense and smart shot selection on the other end. At this point there was 15 seconds remaining in the game and Orlando had the ball. J.R. Smith almost dropped the ball on this play, fouling Hedo Turkoglu with 9.8 second left sending him to the free throw line. Thankfully Hedo would miss the first free throw, make the second, and Miami would get a chance to score and win the game. Before this game, in this same exact situation, no one on the Heat roster has made a shot, but this would change. The ball would be thrown to Dwyane Wade who would make Turkoglu bite on the pump fake, drive into the open lane and dunk the ball to take the lead with 2.3 seconds left to win the game.

thanks for checking in bruh, and I will wear those jerseys next game jus for you haha. Not to be mean though, but for future reference you shouldn't post in other posters threads asking for them to follow and post in your own thread. If your franchise is good enough, followers will read and post in it.
