Granger throws it down over Camby

Indiana -- The Pacers continued their domination of the Knicks on Tuesday night with a 107-89 win to take a 3-0 lead. Big man Roy Hibbert led all scores with 22 points and he also pulled down 5 rebounbds. Fellow big man David West finished with 17 points on 7-11 shooting.

But the night belonged to Paul George who notched his first career playoff triple double. George finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assist.

Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 23 points but didn't get much help from running mate Amar'e Stoudemire who finished with 4 points and 6 rebounds on 2-9 shooting.

The Pacers will be looking to close out the Knicks on Thursday night. Tip off is scheduled for 7:00 EST.

David West Celebrates

Indiana -- Another chapter has ended in the long time Pacers/Knicks rivalary as the Pacers eliminated the Knicks in 4 games last night.

The Pacers held the Knicks to just 74 points in the 18 point win. George Hill led the Pacers with 32 points and also finished with 4 assist and 3 rebounds. Paul George had another 30 point performance finishing with 32 points.

Amar'e Stoudemire led the Knicks with 18 points and Carmelo Anthony chipped in 14 points on 5-19 shooting.

The Pacers will head to Miami to take on LeBron James and the Miami Heat in the 2nd Roound.
