The Knicks opened the game 13-2 then the 76ers made their run back making it a 14-13 lead late in the first. Philadelphia closed the quarter out strong taking a 21-15 lead after a hot Knicks start behind Allen Iverson’s 14 first quarter points. The second quarter had a very slow start with the sixers offense stalling over half way through 1 of 6 shooting with 4 turnovers while the Knicks were 7/15 shooting no turnovers and 4 offensive rebounds. The Sixers were able to get into the bonus which made up for the lack of shots on the hoops but the scoring in this game is very tough to come by. After two the 76ers lead in New York 36-30 behind Allen Iverson’s 18 points. The Knicks came out in the third to start with a 20-7 run in the first five minutes of the quarter to take a 50-43 lead. The quarter ends with a 76er lead of 55-52 heading to the final quarter. With a little over a minute left the 76ers had a ten point lead as Allen Iverson was unstoppable. Philadelphia won the road game with a great game from Allen Iverson 77-67.

The rockets started off strong on the inside with their two big men against the bulls, but the bulls used the speed of their wings on the fast break to get the lead back. The bulls have the lead after one 22-17 behind 6 points from Ron Harper. Houston made some early mistakes in the second quarter leaving Steve Kerr wide open three possessions in a row 2 threes and a long jumper to push the lead out. The rockets fought back after being down by ten early in the second with hot outside shooting to cut the lead to 47-42 Chicago. The bulls kept the lead and increased it to eight at 69-61 heading to the fourth quarter. The bulls dominated the fourth quarter winning the game 92-84.

Celtics lead the blazers after one 20-15 behind their 60%fg percentage in the first. The blazers made a late run in the second quarter behind Jerome Kersey to tie the game at 37 to go into haltime. Clyde Drexler got really hot in the third scoring 15 points of the blazers 30 pushing the blazers lead out to 67-58. The blazers put the game away building a nice lead in the fourth to beat the Celtics 85-78.

San Antonio had a 10 point lead late in the first before Paul George had three straight steals bringing the quarter to a 26-21 spurs lead. It was a tie game at the half at 46, the spurs are being led by Kawhi Leonard’s 21 points. After three quarters the spurs had a three point lead 67-64 heading into the fourth quarter. After Leonards big first half, he was kept quiet scoring wise but Manu Ginobili picked up his scoring, with all of his points coming in the second half. The spurs win the game 89-80.

The warriors were able to cut into the lead before halftime down 6 49-43 rockets lead behind Jeremy Lin’s 19 points in the first half. The warriors fought back in the third quarter to take a 71-68 lead heading into the final quarter. James Harden took over the fourth quarter and put the game out of reach late as the rockets pick up the win in San Francisco 98-93.

The 76ers have a strong first quarter and lead 24-17 after the first. Philadelphia took a lead into halftime of 46-39 with even scoring throughout the team and Jrue Holiday’s 7 assists in the first half. Miami was able to cut into the lead by one point still trailing 66-60 after three. With 2 minutes to go in the game the heat brought the game to a two point 76ers lead. With 21 seconds left Miami had a one point lead and went to the foul line for two. Udonis Haslem missed them both giving the 76ers 21 seconds left down by 1 point. A LeBron James foul on Evan Turner put him at the line with 3,7 seconds left where he made both giving the 76ers a one point lead. Miami had one last shot and Dwayne Wade missed it at the buzzer giving Philadelphia the home win.

The clippers locked down on defense in the second holding the nuggets to 8 points as they take a 43-29 lead into halftime. The Clippers extended their lead of Denver by two points in the third dominating the game so far. Chris Paul had 7 assists in the third quarter alone. The clippers put away Denver early and held on for the 95-81 win.
