Adam Sliver Declares new NBA draft format for the entire league

newly appointed NBA commissioner did not take long to adjust the NBA to his liking since becoming commissioner. Silver said in a press release that David Stern allowed power teams to be formed and wants to give the league a fair 30 team chance at winning a title. He is issuing a one time draft where each team will select one player to keep, but here's the kicker, it can be a current player, or former player to bring out of retirement as the teams captain. Any team who keeps a player rated less then a 90 overall will go into a lottery for the top picks, while the teams with 90 and above will have another lottery for the remaining picks. The teams have 24 hours to decide on their franchise player Fans are now intrigued as former stars could be coming back to their home town team.
