A BGV Association: Sunny in Phoenix?

Okay guys, this is a new type of association I'm going to try. I WILL be continuing my Sacramento Kings association as well, if you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check it out! The link is in my signature.

As for this association, I will only be playing maybe 20 games max. I will play the games I feel are big/key games from around the league but I will also post updates for simmed games, they just won't have as much detail.

Also, this association is going to have a completely different format than my Kings one, so be sure to watch out for that.

As always, feedback is appreciated! There's nothing better than getting some great compliments on these or some advice, suggestions or whatever.

Thanks to all my great followers so far from previous associations, hopefully this one is just as fun!

Breaking News!

It has just been announced that the Phoenix Suns have made a trade with the Philadelphia 76ers. The trade will send Goran Dragic to Philly and bring in SF Evan Turner to Phoenix.

Okay so since the charts aren't working. Here's a look at the Suns new depth chart:

PG: Eric Bledsoe, Ish Smith
SG: Archie Goodwin, Dionte Christmas
SF: Evan Turner, PJ Tucker, Gerald Green, Marcus Morris
PF: Markeiff Morris, Channing Frye
C: Emeka Okafor, Alex Len, Miles Plumlee, Viacheslav Kravtsov

Overall a decent roster. Weak at the SG and PF positions but other than that, we have two great players in Bledsoe and Turner and also an average center in Okafor.

Excited for the season!

Following!

With that trade, you easily have one of the most athletic teams in the NBA. I've watched Archie Goodwin play recently, and he is a beast. He's explosive, and can get to the rim. He has a lot of potential so I look forward to seeing how he works out with this team too!

Good luck, can't wait for updates!

Tonights player of the game goes to Markeiff Morris. Markeiff hit a game winning baseline jumper with 6.3 seconds left in the game. Markeiff also recorded a double double with 19 points and 11 rebounds (5 of which were offensive). He also had four huge blocks to add to his stat line. Played phenomenal defense on Thomas Robinson all night, causing him to shoot just 7-16. Overall, very surprising but great game. Will be interesting to see if he keeps it up.

Solid win! This is a great matchup considering how well both teams have started the NBA season in real life. E-Bled had 3 blocks?? wow! Glad to see Archie had a solid game too. The Morris twins started the season off strong. I'm now a believer in Channing Frye after he torched my Bobcats in real life the other night. I hadn't seen him play much before, but the guy can really ball. He has good size too so he could be a major asset off the bench.

I'm looking forward to updates!

@iWILL
Yeah! He even stuffed Lillard on a fast break layup! Goin Lebron on him lol
Archie is so underrated lol, I believe he's only 18 right?
And yeah, I got really lucky with the game winner though. I tried to drive with Bledsoe and Markeiff's man came to me so I kicked it to him and he nailed it. Awesome!!
