Frye Out 2-4 Weeks



Suns forward Channing Frye is expected to miss the nex 2-4 weeks with a sprained knee he suffered against the Sacramento Kings.

The 9 year pro out of Arizona is averaging 5.4 points and 6.1 rebounds on career low 35% shooting. Frye is also only hitting 28% from three so far this season. Before the injury the Suns were looking to move him but now they will have to wait until he return before trying to move him.

LeBron Tears ACL and MCL



The Miami Heat's chances at a 3-peat are now completely dead after a MRI revealed that reigning MVP LeBron James has suffered a torn ACL and MCL. The injury occured during the 3rd quarter of the Heat's game against the Orlando Magic. James went up for his normal fast break dunk but this time his knee buckled when he landed and he instantly hit the ground screaming in pain.

James had to be helped off the court by teammates and trainers as they arean gave him a standing ovation. Now with their King gone, the Heat will have to rely on the remaing two members of the Big 3 to help them for the rest of the season.
