I see Inside and Layup are both 44 and dunk is 46. If I was you I would try bumping all up to 48 and see how things improve. If you still struggle go with a 2 point bump until you find a # that works.

The idea is to keep it low enough that you don't make 60-70% of your shots and allow you to get some decent rebound #'s, especially offensive which leads to some 2nd chance points.
My rebound numbers are right around where i personally feel they should be. My bigs get rebounds over their guards and vice versa. Ill definitely bump up the shot sliders a little bit though. Thanks for the suggestions

Nice upset win over Duquesne. Your defense looks solid, at least. Time to get some wins via defensive slugfests, perhaps.

The Rams traveled just across town to play Wake Forest today. The Rams coming in were the clear underdog, and it showed through the first half. The Demon Decons were able to build a ten point lead going into halftime. The second half saw the Rams outscore the Decons 31-30, but it wasn't enough to overcome the deficit. The Demon Decons were the taller team today and it showed on the boards, as they out rebounded the Rams by a margin of 31-19.

Re: Coaching Career of Willy Hughes

The Rams next game is home where the Fresno State Bulldogs come to town. Coach Hughes has decided to make some line up changes going into this game. Freshman Stephon Platt will move to the power forward position, and junior Judson Hall will get the start at small forward. "Judson does a really good job driving to the hole and getting to the foul line. I feel like our team plays better when he is on the floor, he forces the defense to pack the paint to guard against his drive, allowing our shooters to get open on the perimeter." Coach Hughes said. Let's see how this new lineup works for them.

Re: Coaching Career of Willy Hughes

Did you just give up on Morris (only 2 shots)

Also noticed does your team not have a good 3pt shooter. When I start out with a closed legacy team, it's a must for me. I don't care if every player on the team is rated in the 50's Overall as long as I have at least 2 guys who are rated 70 or better at the 3.

Seems like your lack of outside shooting is what really limits your scoring ability. Pretty hard to break that 60 point barrier unless you either 1 have a guy who can light it up from the outside or 2 have a a dominant low post scorer who can get you 20 points a game.

I didn't give up on Morris intentionally. My guards were hitting their shots so i just kept running a pick and pop play. When i did go down low i usually fed it to Platt because him being 6'8" at the small forward position usually gives him a height advantage over the defenders.

My scoring problem is definitely contributed to my lack of outside shooting. My best three point shooter is Monger and he 3pt shot is only a 66. I tried to compensate by bumping the sliders up a little, if you go back a couple games you'll see that Platt even hit 2 threes because he was wide open when i shot them. I have the slider sitting at 55 right now and i seem to be getting legit stats from it.

The Rams were able to win their home season opener tonight by upsetting the Fresno State Bulldogs by a score of 62-60. The game was a tale of 2 halves. The first half saw the Bulldogs shooting 63% from the field, while also going to the charity stripe 14 times. The Rams were playing lazy defense, not moving their feet, and getting a lot of reaching calls. Going into halftime the Rams had accumulated 13 team fouls. In the second half the Rams looked like a completely different team. They were no longer committing the stupid reaching fouls, they were limiting turnovers, and getting back faster on defense. The Rams started the second half with a 10-0 run, and then increasing it to a 16-2 run before the Fresno State coach called a timeout to settle his team down. But it was too late, the momentum had been swung in the Rams favor, with some help from the Ram's student section.
"We weren't doing so hot going into halftime, but I lit into them in the locker room and told them they better start playing like I knew they could. The way they came out in the second half honestly surprised me. I'm very proud of the way my team played tonight."
