A note on CAP construction:
The overalls ranged from 62-68 (Lovelace—Brown, if I remember right), but those with lower overalls had a slightly higher Potential rating (standard:75, lowerOVR:79).

To ensure that that no CAP was significantly better than another, [to use skyler97's 3pt CAP as an example] he is a superb shooter (94 3pt)... but boy, he can't defend to save his life (34 on-ball defense).
