This is the sign-up for the NEAC CAP dynasty, a CAP D-1 basketball conference. Quinnguy66 and I are doing this together, he'll be doing the OS stuff and I'll be doing the video game stuff. He's just on vacation, and I decided to put up the sign-ups now.

He'll put up the actual thread next week. We're thinking 8 teams, but depending on OS turnout it could be as many as 10. If you have any questions/concerns, PM one of us (me this week, him from now on) or post here for now and we'll get back to you ASAP.
