DropxEm sits down with newly acquired Thaddeus Young
Dropxem: How you doing Knicks Nation? "Dropxem" here droppin' some knowledge with the help of your favorite Knicks players. Today I have with me the newly acquired Thaddeus Young. How you feeling man?
Thaddeus Young: Oh man I feel fantastic! Being in New York, this is it you know. I'm just ready to pull on a jersey and get to work.
D: And you definitely have been working Thaddeus. In your 5 games as a New York Knick, you've averaged 16.8 points and 8.2 rebounds. Including that 20 & 11 game you had against Orlando. What's the chemistry adjustment like when joining a losing record team mid-season? Any rifts?
TY: Thank you sir. That's what I suit up to do. Look let me be real. This may offend some people but I'm not gonna shade my words. Shout out to the Sixers for looking after me all these years but I've been losing for a long time. The thing with New York is that the Knicks are expected to win so we out there giving 150% every time. As far as chemistry goes it's great you know. Tony came with me so that's great to have a friend here with me. But the guys here welcomed us in real quick. And let's be real the "personalities" of this team are now somebody else's problem. I'm here to win.
D: Personalities? Sounds like a little shade at someone. Details?
TY: I don't know if I really need to say a name. Everybody is well aware of the antics that were happening here last season. I can assure everybody that we all about professionalism now
D: Alright well on to the next topic Thaddeus. What do you feel you bring to this team that they don't have? How can you make them better?
TY: A lot of what I bring is intangibles. You know. I got the attitude and the work ethic and most of all I'm hungry. Hungry for some playoff time, for a title man even for a divisional title.
D: Any specific players you excited to play with and why? Anyone you don't look forward too?
TY: Well you know I'm stoked on having Melo here. He's one of the best scorers in the game so anyone who isn't excited about playing alongside him is a fool. Then you have a guy like Sam who's a veteran of the league I just hope he's come to play all season long. The bs we heard about in Dallas can't be present here
D: Seems like you're quite the stern teammate haha. Well I'm going to let you go Thaddeus. Any words for the fans reading this article?
TY: Like I said man I'm here to win. End of the day that should be every ball players goal. Aye let me thank you for the time to speak my piece. Shout out to the fans at MSG for making me feel at home. I promise you we won't let you down.
D: There you have it Knicks Nation. This has been Dropxem droppin' some knowledge with your 2014-2015 starting PF Thaddeus Young. I'll see you all next week!
*Just wanted to thank BlindsideNZ for playing the role of Thaddeus Young

Appreciate the shout out man. I had fun doing it. Nice being interviewed for a change. I'll definitely be following the rest of this now too having just read it all.
Amar'e Stoudemire is accepting to his role as the New York Knicks' sixth man, two sources with knowledge of Stoudemire's thinking told ESPNNewYork.com.
"All he cares about right now is helping the team and winning," said one source, who has been around Stoudemire regularly in recent weeks. "He's fine with coming off the bench if that's what they want."
Many believe Stoudemire would be a better fit coming off the bench for coach Derek Fisher's developing Knicks team. Stoudemire and Carmelo Anthony have had a tough time developing cohesion on offense, as the Knicks have a losing record while the two stars are in the same starting lineup.
Both Anthony and Stoudemire are effective operating in isolation around the elbow, which is just one reason why they haven't had success while sharing the floor together.
Of course this is all stirring from the acquisition of Power Forward Thaddeus Young from Philadephia. In a recent interview with DropxEm from Operation Sports, Young was quoted as saying " As far as chemistry goes it's great you know...But the guys here welcomed us in real quick."
Stoudemire is in his contract year with the Knicks where his MASSIVE $23.41M salary will come off the books. While many fans call for his head, if the Knicks are able to re-sign Amare for $3-5M, he would be of amazing value.
Jose GETTING IT DONE! Living at the free throw line while doing it. Too bad it is somewhat wasted in a loss. Good win against the Bucks before that though.

It's about time haha. Jose has been distributing the ball amazingly so far this season but his shot has been off. It recently dawned on me, maybe 2 updates ago, to change the teams playbook to a combo of the '96 Bulls and the early Laker's and get this triangle going. Those corner 3's do Calderon wonders. Thanks for reading
