Heat vs Cavs IV

It's time for the final regular season matchup of the 2014-2015 NBA Season between the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers. We don't know if this'll be the last time these two rivals square off. Currently, the Heat sit at #3 in the conference with a record of 47-27. At #2, you have the Chicago Bulls who are 54-21. At #1, of course you have the Cleveland Cavaliers who are 55-20. If the Cavaliers were for whatever reason to fall below the Chicago Bulls, it may very well setup a Miami Heat vs Cleveland Cavaliers 2nd round matchup, how would that fare?

Regardless, that can't be the focus of the Heat right now. They must seek to get win #48 while the Cavaliers could very badly use this win to stay on pace ahead of the Chicago Bulls. Danny Granger is of course out for the Heat once again but they have Ray Allen back for the 4th matchup. For the Cavaliers on the injury front, AJ Price has a bruised hip and will for the next 1-2 weeks, but he can play, albeit he'll likely be a DNP for David Blatt.

So let's get this underway! Can the Heat sweep the Cavs 4-0 in the regular season? OR will the Cavs get back at Miami by stealing one game at Quicken Loan Arena? Only the game can be played now, let's go!

Game Recap: Gah.... so close yet so far. All four games between the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers have been incredible matchups, sadly this time the Cavs took it. Wade hit a bucket with 12 seconds left in the game to tie it all up at 126-126 after the Heat were down by 16 at one point in the middle 3rd quarter. But, Dion Waiters with 5 seconds left off an assist by LeBron James banked it in to give the Cavaliers a 128-126 lead.

On the Heat's possession, it was in-bounded to Dwyane Wade by Chris Bosh but he tried to maneuver past Dion Waiters, shutdown. He sorta saw Josh McRoberts given space by Kevin Love so he threw it to him, McRoberts put up the 3 and time expired, it bricked off the rim and the Cavaliers crowd went wild. 3-1 against the Cavs.... gah, guess you can't win 'em all.

In all honesty, this may just be a good thing for Miami... even though they would like to dethrone and eliminate LeBron in the playoffs, if they can maintain the #3 seed and the Cavs get the #1 seed, they can avoid playing LeBron, Kyrie, and Love until the Eastern Conference Finals if they were able to get that far. Now THAT would be an intense matchup.

Around the League:
Cavs have won 6 in a row.
Warriors have won 10 in a row.
Parsons 26 leads Mavericks past Rockets.
Thunder have WON 16 IN A ROW!

The Heat now prepare for the final 7 games in the regular season.

Game Recap: Well... you never like to lose games, especially to teams as close to you as the Pacers who are now 47-30 and just 1 game behind the Heat but... eh? The team played decent, just couldn't slow the Pacers down hard enough in the 4th quarter, oh well. This also means with the Heat's 29th loss that they cannot match last seasons record with LeBron, but what did you expect?

Around the League:
Cavs win 7 straight, Kyrie drops 39 on Bulls.
Spurs overcome Warriors 96-95.

Game Recap: Even though Al Jefferson got his, Kidd-Gilchrist had a great scoring night, and Gary freaking Neal scored 12 points the Heat held on at home for the victory. Wade with a fantastic 25/8, once again a playmaker and the Heat had 5 players in double digit points, GREAT win!

Around the League:
Hawks have won 6 in a row.
Cavs have won 8 in a row.
Celtics have lost 8 in a row.

4 games remain... Bulls, Raptors, Magic, and 76ers. Let's finish this!

Nope they stopped thankfully. I have trade approval on now so even if they did I would stop it, but I checked his player and his morale was at 100, and he said he'd definitely re-sign so that's good. That's sorta basically what my entire series is based around so I'm glad, lol.

In the games you do play (I'm assuming you don't play all) how are you using bosh? Do you have him in the post like he was in Toronto? If so how are you doing it. He stays near the 3 point line when I use the Heat and I want to use him as a majority post player, maybe I have to change his tendencies.

I actually play the 4th quarter of most games (only takes like 12 ish minutes so it's good). I find that I have to look to get him involved in the post which means sometimes he doesn't score a lot, usually once Wade is out, I'll let him be the focus in the post against most guys, preferably teams with weak PFs.

Don't know how. :/ I would but I bet it's a bit too complicated, hah.
