The Jaspers have almost finished their incoming class of 2010 with the addition of Leon Anthony, a 6'3" shooting guard out of Lubbock, TX. "Leon is the real deal. He is an all-state player out of Texas, a state that produces incredible talent. He was a reach for us, but we're ecstatic he chose to come here" stated a very happy Coach Gray. All that is left on the big board for Coach Gray is big man Judah Keimach, the 6'10" power forward out of Stevens Point, WI. "If we can get Judah to sign I'll be a happy man. He can give us another true post presence with great size and a great defensive work ethic" proclaimed Coach Gray. Keimach is averaging 12.0 ppg along with 7.2 rpg and 1.9 bpg in his HS season. If the big man signs with Manhattan that would make an incoming group of 8 young men on scholarship with 2 open scholarship spots to carry over into the following year when 4 more players will be graduating.

It has been a mixed week for Coach Gray and Manhattan with a nice win over Utah State, a great group of signings, a really tough loss to Houston in a game the Jaspers should have won, and now one final recruit. Judah Keimach will be Coach Gray's last signing during the early signing period and he will be able to rest easy knowing he grabbed everything he wants to set up year two under his new regime and ultimately create the style he wants with the guys he brought in.

Haha! I love it!

He was actually my starting PG, but I had a decent backup guard in Scott Croyle who's passing is something in the low 80's (a bit better than Glenn). So I put him there and actually went small with Glenn at the 3. He hangs out on the wing and I either pop the three or drive to the hoop with him.

I hope he keeps up this solid play in-conference so we can give a good run to the MAAC!

Free time is few and far between, but I'm having so much fun with this dynasty that I know I'll get to conference play soon enough. Only three non-conference games left!
