Philly Revival

So yeah thanks to 2k created draft class glitch my Lakers MyLeague is dead, R.I.P, so now I wanted to pick a team that's a challenge. A team that is complete trash. And what team fits that description? you guessed in the always tanking Philadelphia 76ers. I try to make my chises as realistic as possible, so I will be using opening night rosters with real life injuries (MCW out a few weeks and Embiid out for the year), no going out and signing Kevin Love in the offseason, no stock piling 1str ound picks from ****ty teams, etc. So lets see if I can revive Philly basketball.

Setup

Console: PS4
Game: NBA 2K15
Mode: MyLeague
Roster: tbd
Difficulty: Superstar
Sliders: tbd
Draft Class: tbd

MyLeague Settings

SEASON SERIES 1-0 IND
Hot: C.J. Miles. The injury riddles Indiana Pacers needed all the help they could get with Paul George, David West, C.J. Watson, and George Hill all out with injuries. Free agent pickup C.J. Miles stepped up with a 15 point, 3 rebounds, and 5 assist performance off the bench.

Not: Tony Wroten. Wroten struggled to find his shot all game long hence his horrible shooting (3-of-15) for 9 points. Wroten did have a team high 10 assist and pulled down 3 rebounds in 30 minutes of action. Wroten is probably the best scorer in the starting 5 and he needs to play way better for the Sixers to be competitive.

Quotable: "Tonight's in as a perfect example of a team victory. Everybody that played contributed and we're going to need that kind of effort all year long with all the injuries we have." Pacers HC frank Voguel.

X-Factor: Rodney Stuckey. The Pacers other free agent signing had a nice debut for his new team. Stuckey poured in 16 points while dishing out 5 assist in the win. Stuckey also had an efficient night shooting the ball by shooting 50 percent from the field.

Rookie Watch: Nerlens Noel. The 7ers 2013 1st round pick finally made his NBA regular season debut and he notched a double-double in the process. The former Kentucky Wildcat finished ith 10 points on 5-of-5 shooting from the field and pulled down a team high 14 rebounds in defeat.

Up Next: The 76ers will no head to Milwaukee to take on Jabari Parker and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Mbah a Moute Suffers Broken Ankle

Updated: October 30, 2014, 12:05 PM ET

Mbah a Moute sidelined with broken ankle
__________________________________________________

ESPN.com news services

The Philadelphia 76ers announced today that forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute will miss time with a broken ankle he suffered in the Sixers 98-51 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. Head trained Josh Corbeil said Mbah a Moute will have surgery in the next couple of days.

Mbah a Moute was expected to have a major role with the Sixers.

Recovery time is expected between 2-4 months.

The injury occurred when Mbah a Moute came down on the foot of C.J. Miles after missing a jump shot late in the second half. In 18 minutes the former Bruin finished with 5 points and 2 assist. Mbah a Moute will now join Michael Carter-Williams, Jerami Grant, Jason Richardson, and Joel Embiid on the injured reserve list.

Mbah a Moute was acquired from the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Kevin Love deal over the summer. He was expected to be a mentor for Embiid since both players are from Cameroon.

PHILADELPHIA, PA. OCTOBER 31, 2014 The Philadelphia 76ers announced today that they have exercised the third-year options on the contracts for Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel as well as the fourth-year option on Tony Wrotens contract.

SEASON SERIES 1-0 MIL
Hot: Ersan Ilyasova. The 6'10 big man from Turkey led the way for the Bucks with a 19 point and 9 rebound performance. Ilyasova made life hard for Nerlens Noel has he kept the big man out there the perimeter all game, allowing the Bucks to penetrate at will.

Not: Hollis Thompson. The 2nd year small forward laid a big dud in 33 mintues of action. The former Hoya went a woeful 3-of-11 from the field for just 7 points. He also didn;t broing it on the defensive end, allowing Khris Middelton to pour in 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field.

Quotable: "If you look at the numbers we were suppose to win. We shot 50% from the field and had 54 points in the paint. But we still couldn't pull it out.." 76ers PG Tony Wroten..

X-Factor: Jabari Parker. Parker had a nice bounce back game shooting the ball after shooting just 30% on the Bucks season opener. Parker finished with 16 points on 5-of 14 shooting. The number two overall pick also chipped in 2 rebounds and 2 assist in the win.

Rookie Watch: Nerlens Noel. Noel had another strong outing finishing with 14 points and 14 rebounds in 30 minutes of action. the 6'11 big man has yet to record a block on the season manly due to the fact he's gone up against two forwards that like to drift away from the paint.

Up Next: The 76ers head home for their home opener as they will host the Miami Heat.

SEASON SERIES 1-0 MIA
Hot: Luol Deng. With the Heat's Big 2 have sub-par games, Deng stepped up and showed why Miami gave him that big contract this past offseason. Deng scored a team high 21 points and added 4 rebounds and 4 assist while shooting 9-of-14 from the field.

Not: Tony Worten. Worten scored 9 points on 9 shot attempts but that's not why he was crown the not of the game. Wroten had 9 assist but he also had a game high 9 turnovers in the loss. With his team losing by three points, I bet he wish he could have some of those turnovers back.

Quotable: "Man my shot was off all game but once the 4th quarter hit I knew I had to step it up to try to pull this win out. Had a big sigh of relief when that three fell down." Heat SG Dwayne Wade.

X-Factor: Josh McRoberts. McRoberts knocked down a few timely jumpshots late in the 4th quarter finishing the night with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist, 4 steals, and a blocked shot. That's what you call a stat sheet stuffer.

Rookie Watch: Nerlens Noel. The big man notched his 3rd straight double-double finishing with 12 points and 10 rebounds. He also dished out 2 assist in the loss.

Up Next: The winless Sixers will have a day off before they host the duo of James Harden and Dwight Howard and the rest of the Houston Rockets on Monday.
