Grinding the Axe: Relocation to Vancouver | MyLeague | PS4

Moving on...I made a mistake. I have autosave turned off, but I forgot it still automatically saves any time you "save changes" while doing anything "Team Relocation" related. I wanted to test out my rotations, so I simmed through the all of January and all of December...then I started doing the Thunder re-brand. Big mistake. It autosaved and most teams were about 30 games into the season. I just decided to sim through the exact halfway point of the season for my team and pick it up from there.

We're 20-21 at the halfway point and in sixth place in the Western Conference. There's a pretty clear-cut top five, apparently, because we're in 6th place but five games behind 5th place Minnesota. On the other hand, we're in a 3-way tie or sixth with the Rockets and Pelicans, and just 2.5 games separate the those three teams and 12th place Phoenix.

I'm going to go ahead and include my team roster in this post, but hold off on a league-wide, full-blown update until the end of January. This whole process, to get where I am, took me the vast majority of my first two days off from work this week, and I'm just ready to start playing games.

We made a pretty big splash in free agency, signing Jrue Holiday, Steven Adams, and Kyle Korver to finally flesh out the roster.
