This dynasty will be a realistic rebuild of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Info on how I play:

I play every 3rd game, simming the 2 in between, which provides a good balance of user results and a need to build a good team/team chemistry to win simulated games.

I allow myself 1 trade in the off-season, and 1 trade at the trade deadline.

Can only trade for a star in a realistic situation. (last year of contract, team is in the gutter, etc)

Can not sign a star in FA until core is established and team is on the way up.

The roster is weak to start, but the draft picks are very fruitful. The trade I make before the season will be to acquire a backup center for the year, since I do not currently have one. Stay Tuned.....
