Dynasty Info/Rules
Game: NCAA Basketball 09'
Platform: Playstation 3
Half Length: 15 Minutes
Difficulty: All-American

Coach Information
Name: Richard Patterson
Alma Mater: Norfolk State
Age: 26
Bio: This former spartan shooting guard knows a thing or two about college hoops. He was a standout at Norfolk State averaging 25 PPG in his Junior and Senior seasons. Suffering from knee problems since high school, Patterson had to drop his dream of becoming an NBA player. He starting to think coaching was the next best thing when he gets a call from Maine to be the head coach of the mens basketball team. Let's see if this former star can bring his squad out of the basement and into the tournament.

Roster Information
Roster: Random names minus 8 Maine players and the USA Today 1st Team All-Americans. Due to not being able to change years, players are done at best of ability.

All went as planned for the Black Bears as they steamroll the mediocre Northern Illinois Huskies, 81-56. Devine Eke opens eyes with a great performance (16 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks). Northern Illinois kept it close as they held the lead until a sensational Issac Vann slam gave Maine the lead at 29-27 with 2:30 to go in the First Half. They would lead 36-27 at the break.

Maine's Issac Vann with an emphatic jam to give the bears the lead, 29-27.

Northern Illinois came out of the half with guns blazing with point guard, Michael McCray hitting 3 consecutive 3's to tie the game at 36. McCray finished with 16, 12 from behind the arc. Maine would keep the Huskies to 20 points for the remainder of the contest, opposed to their 45. The Bears go to 1-0 with the 81-56 victory. Issac Vann had 11 points in the win.
Next Game: @ Princeton (1-0)

Bears hold off Princeton 2nd half surge and win late, 70-68
 photo F687C3E8-697D-46C1-B845-4A7B326E5D8C_zpslbkv0kjc.png

Maine barely escaped Princeton in a 70-68 fight in Jadwin Gym. Maine scores early and often to get an 16 point lead 4 minutes into the game. Very little changed and the half ended with a 38-27 Black Bear lead.

Princeton started heating up in the second half catching up and eventually taking the lead at 47-46 with 9:52 remaining. Princeton extending their lead to as much 4 until two straight Kevin Little (14 pts, 4ast) baskets tied the game at 56. On the next possession Issac Van hits a clutch 3 pointer to give the Bears the lead for good. Issac Vann finished with game-high 23 points. Eke put it in for 2 more to extend the lead to 70-66 with 22.9 seconds left. A Maeco Ackerman (14 pts, 7 reb) score with 8 seconds remaining would put the score in stone as Vann evaded attempted fouls to run the clock out.
