Man, I got started on my dynasty the other day so I haven't checked in. Heartbreaking loss my dude. Seems like you have a solid foundation to build on though. Best of luck next season!

Thanks man. I have no clue how my team will look next year. I ran tons of plays to get open looks for Maxiell this past season, I'm not sure what I'll do this next year. Nagata, Linebaugh and Chalmers all showed the ability to score consistently, but neither of them shoot the ball very well. I haven't gotten any commitments left with one week left of the offseason, so that's a little worrying. I do still think I'll end up with at least one freshman, though.

2008 Final Recruiting Update

Irving: I just finalized our freshmen for next year. Stephon Roberts is in, he signed his LOI and is making his way here to begin summer classes. We also got the big from Cameroon, Ngarndi.

Ed Rivera: And the other two? The Serbian kid and the 4-star?

Irving: The Serbian kid is playing professionally in Spain instead of playing college ball, and the 4-star isn't playing for a team where Rob isn't coaching. Rob was the reason the kid was close to committing.

Rivera: Speaking of Rob, have you decided on a new assistant?

Irving: I have, actually. His name is Sollie Radenovic, and he's a good scout and has connects around the world. He's also pretty decent when it comes to teaching defensive priciples, so he should come in handy. He's driving in from Jersey as we speak.

2008-2009 Offseason Q/A

ASK COACH IRVING, 2008 OFFSEASON

Coach Irving is going to answer an offseason Q/A, after working out with his new roster all summer. Do any followers have questions for Coach Irving? They could be about the season that just ended, anything storyline related, about next season, career ambitions, etc. Just go ahead and ask them! (If questions aren't asked, I'll create them myself, no worries!) The Q/A will go up tomorrow morning!

"At 28, how do you deal with the small age gap between you and the young players you coach?"
