I like to play with a sense of realism, but it will not be true to life as players will develop differently than real life and events won't play out the same.

Dynasty Rules
Difficulty: Hall of Fame
Sliders: Default (will edit to maintain competitive balance and realism)
Starting Point: Opening Night of 2017-18 Season
User Controlled Teams: ALL to maintain competitive balance and realism, focus will be on Knicks
Trades: Override OFF, Trade Approval ON, CPU-CPU Trades ON, Stepien Rule ON

House Rules (I might add more later)
- Alternate jerseys will be worn Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- If team has less than 60% of wins of team in 8th playoff spot at All-Star Break (ex. 8th seed is 25-25, if I have 15 wins or less), I must act as sellers before the Trade Deadline
- If team is within 5 games of 4th seed, I must act as buyers before the Trade Deadline
- If team does not fall under either of those conditions, I do not have to make a trade
- I can not get rid of a terrible contract until that contract has 1 year remaining on deal (The Joakim Noah rule)
- If team does not make playoffs, I must keep team salary not higher than 5% over the salary cap. I am not allowed to hit Luxury Tax.
- If team wins at least one playoff series, I can go into the Luxury Tax. I am also allowed to sign a player whose overall is within 90% of my best player at that time
- I cannot sign a player with an overall within 80% of my best player if that player plays the same position
- For the rest of the league, I must make a minimum 5 trades before Trade Deadline and a minimum of 8 trades during Draft Night (all trades must be valid)
