The Hornets were on my short list for squads to MyLeague this year, glad to see someone take them on.


But MAN are they rough. I'm officially moving for the "blow it up" strategy. Trade Kemba now while you can, get some assets, play the young guys, and grab a high pick -- the team's just been too poorly managed over the last decade to compete without a total makeover, IMO.

It's way too early in the season for me to change strategies. I'm not trading Kemba; living in the Charlotte area I've seen and heard that Kemba does not want to leave Charlotte and wants to do whatever he can. I do agree that a makeover is necessary, the contracts aren't helping make other players readily available - at least the ones I'm fine with trading.

As for 2K, I've just got to improve offensively. Surprisingly there are six teams allowing more points per game than Charlotte through four games, I just have to figure out how to consistently score.

Yeah it was another poor shooting performance. Funny enough, I solved my shooting problems yesterday. I thought I had the shooting set to Real Player FG% but it's been set to shot stick timing. That explains why I could score with Kemba or Zeller and no one else. So I don't think I have any more 60-point performances from Charlotte.
