Stolen Catch

Posted 02-05-2011 at 02:18 PM by kingjojo28
I was playing with my created team, against another created team. Week 1 of the 11-12 season. I was down 24, 21. with 1 second left in the half, from the opponents 45 yard line, I threw a hail mary. This hail mary was to the right side of the field. To my far right reciever. The reciever was single covered. The coverage was zone. one man covering the right side of the field. I threw it. I see the red circle in the endzone. I turn to my reciever as he gets into posistion. I jump up. The ball missed the reciever's hand by an inch. There to back up the throw, was my other reciever, out of nowhere. BOOM! Caught. Touchdown. And I take the lead 28, 24 in the second half.

Supersim

Hey. Here goes my first blog entry. EVER. Lets see how I do.
Anyways,
I personally use supersim to my advantage. Because I rock at offense but suck at D. So what I do is I score a TD or go a drive on offense. And then supersim while my defense is on the field. I'm working with a created team with a good defense so I usually end up 'Intercepting' the ball. I also realized that no timeouts are called, and the supersimmed teams do not attempt to run out the clock. So, this is another way to use it to your advantage. If you are down with no timeouts and a minute left, knowing the offense will run out the clock. SUPERSIM. The offense will run plays without running the clock, thus giving you another chance to come back and win.
I know this way of winning is not honorable. But it does help.
Please submit your own story, or strategies.
