I really want to like Undisputed, but I just don't. That looked nothing like a real boxing match, especially between those two fighters.

The developers talked so much about the individual boxers acting like the real life version, but I have yet to see it in game.

Perhaps the actual final release version will fix the multitude of issues, but I really doubt it. I have been disappointed in the game since I first got the early release.

wow, really? I guess this shows how different perception can be, I think it's the best boxing sim I've ever played personally but to each their own.

I just want Mike Tyson is all, then I'll be happy

There is a ton of potential for the game. But I think it fails far more than it succeeds. Punches are poorly executed in most situations. They lack impact, look lazy in delivery.
Outside fighters do not properly fight on the outside, inside fighters lack the ability to consistently defend themselves. Those are just a couple of my biggest gripes.

I have been a boxing fan since before I was a football fan. Good boxing video games are almost non-existent. Some have been fun to play, but few (if any) have ever done a really good job of replicating the sport. I guess that is why I still prefer the old Data Pro Boxing Game using cards and dice. LOL

In any case, glad you enjoy the game, and I am hoping my issues with it get cleaned up.

I view this game with some issues, as stated above, but it's the strategic aspect that makes it the greatest boxing game, in my view. You can't really win very often with just playing it like a game, you have to pick your moments, use the correct punch, create combos, and know when to back off and regain stamina.

Not disputing anything anyone is saying bad here about it, some of it is def true in my view, but it's overall the best, strategic type boxer I have ever played.

In my view, the strategic play trumps the issues spoken of in it's criticism.

Game play and animations look rough.

Hope they improve on the next one

I don't see them improving the gameolay that significantly with patches to this game. I'll still stick with fn for now for my boxing fix every now and then

I appreciate you sharing this video ....... It makes me realize that Fight Night Champions appears to be a more realistic CPU vs CPU type of boxing game (at least in my opinion).

Title Bout from Avalon Hill is my GOAT for table top boxing. I still pull that game out from time to time and run solitaire tournaments!!!

They also made a PC game which was pretty good. I have it somewhere and played it bit overtime. Texted based but fairly well done.

I appreciate you sharing this video ....... It makes me realize that Fight Night Champions appears to be a more realistic CPU vs CPU type of boxing game (at least in my opinion).

Reason it may seem that way is because there are tendencies in Fight Night (which aren’t perfect). It bugs me that Undisputed doesn’t allow us to edit fighter attributes and tendencies.
